Department of Special Education organises webinar on World Autism Day

Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education under the aegis of Qabil Academic Association organized a webinar on World Autism Day. World Autism Day celebrates the resilience of those affected by the disorder and supports causes that promote awareness of it. Dr. R. Shilpa Monogna Lecturer, Department of Special Education National Institue for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities was the resource person. Pro-Chancellor, SGT University Professor R. C. Khuad was the chief guest and Professor Dr. Madhavi Sharma Dean, Faculty of Education was the patron of the webinar. Dr. R. Shilpa Monogna in her speech briefly explained the symptoms of autism and the reasons. The webinar was attended by the students and the members of the faculty. The motive behind this webinar was to promote awareness and highlight the importance of celebrating this day.
