SGT University launches a Young Leadership program to train young faculty for overall development.

The Young Leadership program is a training and development initiative taken by the university that aims to prepare young leaders who can contribute to overall development. The goal of this program is to provide sessions by various resource persons from their respective fields about various administrative departments that focus on developing skills such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork, as well as providing exposure to different leadership styles and models. The current batch of 8 faculty members of The Young Leadership program started on 22 February 2023 till 28 April 2023 with the aim to build a mutual relationship, tolerance, and respect through shared culture and values. The area of discussion included student section-related issues, Ph.D. admission policies, Admissions
related issues, Functioning of the Registrar’s office, Exam related issues, HR policy related to recruitment, selection, international affairs, and MOU-related matters, account-related issues, ERP, student welfare-related issues, research-related policies, IQAC-related issues, and final interaction with Pro- vice-chancellor Sir and Vice- Chancellor sir as per their responsibilities in the University. Overall, this program will empower participants to be actively engaged in addressing issues of the university.
