SGT University organises one-day workshop on Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Fitness/Rigor

SGT University organised a one-day workshop on Emotional Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Emotional Fitness/Rigor. This session was graced by Freelance Content Specialist and Emotional Intelligence SME Ms. Chandini Ann Khanna and Mr. Angad Singh, Founder-AnChEI Solutions. During this event, Ms. Khanna briefly explained that there are certain situations where one gets angry with the behavior of another person but Emotional Intelligence demands that help one’s emotions under control rather than reacting one is able to distract oneself from that particular irritant. She also added in the workshop that once a person starts controlling one’s emotions the behaviour of other people also changes gradually. The workshop was attended by various faculty members. They delivered the training to participants on emotional intelligence and gave some tips and tricks to identify and regulate one’s emotions and understand the emotions of others as well. In this program Pro-Vice-Chancellor Academics Prof. Vikas Dhawan was present.
