GSSS Budhera Students Experience Real-World Journalism at the Faculty of Mass Communication & Media Technology

Gurgaon: The Faculty of Mass Communication & Media Technology at SGT University had the pleasure of hosting the enthusiastic students of Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Budhera, Gurgaon, for an insightful and hands-on media experience.

During their visit to our state-of-the-art Media Center, the students stepped into the dynamic world of journalism, gaining first-hand exposure to newsroom operations. They explored the fundamental aspects of news production, anchoring, and reporting, offering them a real-world glimpse into the media industry.

The visit was structured to provide an interactive and immersive experience where students witnessed the newsroom workflow, from scriptwriting to final production. Participated in live media activities, including anchoring and reporting. Understood the technical aspects of video production and broadcasting. Engaged in stimulating discussions on the role of media in society. The enthusiasm and curiosity displayed by the students were truly commendable. Their eagerness to learn and actively participate in media activities made the session both insightful and inspiring for our faculty members as well.
