Speaking at the inauguration of the 50th Annual National Conference, Golden Jubilee Transcon 2025, organized by the Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohematology (ISBTI) in Gurugram, the Chief Minister underlined the importance of accessible and safe blood for every citizen.
He stated that the government is consistently working towards improving health infrastructure and maintaining high standards in blood banks to ensure timely access to safe blood supplies. “Haryana is determined to make healthcare modern, reliable, and accessible. We are equally committed to strengthening blood transfusion services in the state,” CM Saini said.

He further noted that Haryana’s spirit of service and sacrifice is reflected in its voluntary blood donation culture. “Haryana is the land of soldiers, farmers, and youth. It is a matter of pride that our state is recognized not only as a leading hub of industry but also as a front-runner in voluntary blood donation,” he added.
The Chief Minister lauded the efforts of organizations like ISBTI and medical professionals who play a key role in ensuring that blood donation campaigns succeed and the quality of blood bank services improves steadily.
The Golden Jubilee Transcon 2025 served as a platform for experts, healthcare professionals, and policymakers to discuss advancements in transfusion medicine and strategies to encourage more voluntary donors.
The government’s active involvement in promoting awareness campaigns, improving infrastructure, and ensuring transparency in blood bank operations has placed Haryana among the leading states in the field of healthcare innovation and community service.
