Khelo India Winter Games 2025: Indian Army Leads Medal Tally, Himachal Climbs to Second Spot
The Indian Army is currently leading the medal tally at the Khelo India Winter Games 2025, with a notable total of seven gold, five silver, and six bronze medals. The second leg of this year’s prestigious winter sports event is taking place in Gulmarg from March 9 to 12, featuring intense competition on the snowy slopes.
Originally slated for February, the Gulmarg leg was postponed to March due to insufficient snowfall. The event is being conducted in two phases, with the first leg held in Ladakh from January 23 to 27. More than 400 athletes from 19 teams are participating in six different winter sports, vying for a total of 136 medals across both venues.
