Trump World Center Pune: The Trump Organization’s First Commercial Office Project in India
The Trump Organization is expanding its presence in India with the launch of its first commercial office project, the Trump World Center, in Pune. This represents a significant milestone for the global real estate brand, which already has a strong foothold in India’s luxury residential market.
Prime Location in Pune
The Trump World Center is being developed on a 4.3-acre plot located on North Main Road in Koregaon Park Annexe, one of Pune’s most coveted areas. Known for its vibrant business and lifestyle offerings, this location is set to become one of India’s most premium office and retail destinations.
A Grand Commercial Project
Spanning an impressive 1.6 million square feet, the Trump World Center will feature two 27-story towers, offering a combination of office spaces and retail areas. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and world-class amenities, the project aims to attract leading businesses and entrepreneurs.
Developers and Investment
Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organization’s licensed partner in India, is leading the project in collaboration with Pune-based Kundan Spaces. The estimated investment for the development is ₹1,700 crore, with revenues being shared equally between Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces.
The project will be financed through a mix of debt, equity, and sales proceeds, primarily focusing on selling smaller office spaces in the range of 5,000 to 7,000 square feet. The remaining portion of the project will be leased for commercial use.
Future Expansion Plans
While the Trump World Center is currently the only commercial project under development, Tribeca Developers has indicated plans for future Trump-branded office spaces in India. The focus remains on delivering a world-class business hub in Pune.
