It can be an invention (patent / utility model), a design (industrial design), a brand name (trademark, or a literary and artistic work (copyright). Dr Ashwini explained the types of IPR. Patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets are valuable assets of the company and understanding how they work and how they are created is critical to knowing how to protect them
This event was on aware about the legal rights given to the inventor or creator to protect his invention or creation for a certain. The main objective of this Expert Talk is inventor/creator assignee to fully utilize his invention/creation for a given period of time.
How to patent your ideas and inventions in the market. Expertise was introducing to students how to apply for IPR process and, how to protect intellectual property. Expertise discussed about patent with examples.
Dr. Ashwini Kumar also shared their experienced and knowledge with the students and motivate them think over it how you will get your dreams his paten (Project) journey. How he was getting the ideas and how to execute it.
