India Achieves 3 Guinness World Records for Women’s Health Under Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan
India has achieved a remarkable milestone by setting three Guinness World Record titles under the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan — a campaign focused on promoting women’s health and family well-being. Held between September 17 and October 2, the initiative witnessed record-breaking public participation across the nation.
The campaign achieved three major records:

The highest number of people (over 3.21 crore) registered on a healthcare platform in a single month.

Most people are signing up for online breast cancer screening in one week, with over 9.94 lakh women participating.

The largest number of online vital signs screenings at the state level, with 1.25 lakh registrations in a single week.
The Union Health Ministry reported that over 20 ministries, along with government institutions, medical colleges, and private organizations, actively supported the campaign.
More than 5 lakh Panchayati Raj representatives, 1.14 crore school and college students, 94 lakh Self Help Group members, and 5 lakh community members joined hands in this nationwide effort.
