India Clinch Historic Third T20 World Cup Title
India made history on Sunday by winning the ICC T20 World Cup 2026, defeating New Zealand by a remarkable 96 runs in the final held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Abhishek Sharma provided a quick boost to the innings by smashing the fastest half-century of the tournament, reaching his fifty in just 18 balls.

The New Zealand batting lineup failed to keep up with the required run rate and was eventually bowled out for 159 runs in 19 overs, handing India a convincing victory.
