Arshdeep Singh scripts history, becomes 1st Indian pacer to pick ODI 5-wicket haul vs South Africa

South Africa vs India, 1st ODI: Arshdeep Singh became the first Indian fast bowler to pick up a 5-wicket haul in ODI cricket against South Africa. He finished his quota of 10 overs with figures of 5 for 37 in Johannesburg on Sunday. He scripted history on Sunday, December 17 as he became the first Indian pacer to pick up a 5-wicket haul against South Africa in South Africa in a one-day international fixture. Arshdeep breathed fire in Johannesburg on the Pink Day as he overcame a difficult T20I series showing to rattle the Proteas who won the toss and opted to bat.
