Department of Medicine & Health Sciences SGT University, holds Mega Health camp at Village Noorgarh

Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences SGT University organized a health camp at Noorgarh, on 8 February. During this camp, Specialists from Dental Department, Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology participated as well. In this camp, 168 patients availed the services of doctors and free medicines were prescribed and distributed to patients who attended the camp. Village Sarpanch Mrs. Geeta appreciated the services provided by doctors and SGT Hospital. Those patients requiring further investigations and treatment will be transported free to SGT Hospital, Gurugram and consultation will be provided at the hospital. Most of the patients were elderly people who had backache, osteoarthritis. Four patients had gynecological problems. This camp was organized with the coordination of the Nodal Officer Dr. Jagbir Malik along with a team of doctors from Orthopedic, Surgery OBG, Pediatrics and Ophthalmology, Community Medicine under the guidance of Dean – Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, (Prof.) Sansar Chand Sharma.
