Faculty of Commerce & Management, SGT University organises webinar on ‘National Seminar on Challenges in Implementing NEP in Contemporary Management Education’

Faculty of Commerce & Management, SGT University organised a webinar on “National Seminar on Challenges in Implementing NEP in Contemporary Management Education” on Saturday. The event was graced by eminent speakers Dr. Vishal Gupta, Associate Professor, IIM, Ahmedabad; Prof. (Dr.) Yogendra Verma, Former Vice-Chancellor, Central University of Himachal Pradesh; Prof. (Dr.) A. P. Dash Dean, NTPC School of Business, Noida. The event was inaugurated by Honorable Vice-Chancellor, SGT University, Prof O P Kalra. Dean FCAM, SGT University, Professor Rajesh Arora welcomed the guests and participants. The event 200 plus participations from 17 states in India & International participation from 4 countries. It’s noteworthy that 25% of the Participation was from Research Scholars and the Student community.

The speakers deliberated on the multi-faceted challenges that we may face on implementing the New Education Policy and how proactively we can work on it in the interest of the Student & Faculty Community and Institution at large. The event was interactive and participants enthusiastically raised their queries regarding the challenges of NEP implementation. The event was coordinated by FCAM Faculty members- Dr. Sunil Verma; Dr. Gunjan Tripathi; Ms. Nidhi and Ms. Zainab from FCAM at SGT University.
