SGT University organises awareness campaign in Gurugram’s Yaduvanshi School

Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) University, Gurugram on Friday organized a campaign in Yaduvanshi School, Gurugram, to create awareness on personal hygiene, dental camp, and eye-care.

A team from the Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Technology of the university was also part of the awareness campaign.

Shalu, an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Nursing; Deepa Mukherjee, from the Community Health of Nursing Department made students and faculty members aware of personal hygiene and menstrual hygiene.

Dr. Meenakshi Chopra, an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Dental Sciences, headed a dental check-up camp for students of Classes 1 to 12.

She also informed them about the preventive measures to deal with pyorrhoea and other problems of oral hygiene.

The Ophthalmology Department of the SGT Hospital held an eye check-up camp for students.

Students of Mass Communication and Media Technology interacted with students and teachers.
