SGT University launches virtual program on Digital Marketing

The Faculty of Commerce and Management of SGT University is going to launch a virtual short-term certificate course on digital marketing. 

The learning outcome of the course will be to develop a digital marketing campaign, to create a comprehensive strategy, apply understanding of search engine and social networking sights for brand promotion, create measurement techniques to evaluate the digital marketing efforts, and critically evaluate the social media for formulating social media marketing strategies.

The duration of the program is 3 months and the live virtual classes will be conducted on the weekends. 

The virtual sessions will share the concept of digital marketing practices including hands-on practical sessions. Students will learn how to make a blog, website, short videos as well as promotional videos. 

The session also includes how to create creative messages, digital marketing content planning, and auditing, master the technic of search engine optimization (SEO), marketing through mobile and email, rule of business analytic, and digital marketing.

Industry professionals, new-age entrepreneurs, academicians, and students can attend this program.

The coordinator of this initiative is Dr. Deepak Pandey (Associate Professor). The program will execute under the periodic guidance of Dr. Rajesh Arora, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, and Dr. Tara Shankar, Associate Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management.
