Gurugram: As part of the new lecture series, โ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค๐ฌโ Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Technology, SGT University, Gurugram, invited ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ค๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฏ, ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ-๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐, ๐๐๐ซ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ, ๐๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐๐ง๐ to motivate the students.
Mr. Jadhav while interacting with the audience shared that earlier Haryana used to be only a transit state and was devoid of drug consumption but then he presented the latest data of the ๐๐๐ซ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐, which showed a concerning image of drug consumption in Haryana.
๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ค๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฏ, who also heads an ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐-๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, added that police action alone canโt stop the problem of drug consumption, it needs to be supported & trusted by public too.
๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฌ are parts of his efforts which resulted in convincing the government machinery and now it is ready with State Action Plan. It was through program โ๐๐ก๐๐ค๐๐โ, that students and teachers are invited to be a part of anti-drug drive.
Mr. Jadhav’s vision, commitment and persistence are exactly what we need as a society to try and tackle problems as complex and nuanced as this. His talk was inspiring and his passion about the subject came through.
