Advanced Stomato-Diagnostician Association celebrated World Radiology Day 2022 at SGT University

Advanced Stomato-Diagnostician Association under the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology celebrated World Radiology Day 2022 from 5th-9th November 2022. Fun-filled competitions and activities were organized for UG students and Interns from 5th to 8th of November 2022 and a guest lecture by eminent Radiation Oncologist Dr. Sheh Rawat, Senior Consultant, American Oncology Institute on the topic “An Overview of Radiotherapeutic Management of Oral Cancers” was organised on 9th November 2022 in T V Studio, B Block from 10:00am onwards.

The occasion was graced by presence of Vice Chancellor, Prof(Dr.)O.P Kalra, Director IQAC, Prof.Dr.Satish Chander Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Dental Sciences, Dr.Omkar Shetty, Associate Dean, Dr.Shourya Tondon, Heads of Departments and Faculty members. The program included presentation of brief report of competitions conducted through a video presentation and felicitation of students who were awarded prizes in those competitions. The event was conceptualized by Dr.Astha Chaudhry, Professor and Incharge, Department of OMR, and executed by Dr. Puneeta Vohra, Professor, OMR who was the overall coordinator of the program.
