Gurugram, January 27

A four-day workshop was organised by Literati Acers Association under the aegis of the Centre for Languages and Communication. The main objective of this session is to groom the staff member about telephone etiquette, learn how to deal appropriately with difficult callers, and conclude calls successfully while dealing with admission-related inquiries. Twenty-two participants attended this workshop delivered by Monika Sharma, Master Coach, Centre for Languages & Communication. The workshop was designed and delivered with a tailored approach to cater to the specific agenda by keeping in mind to help the participants enhance their overall understanding of dealing with inquiries and challenging situations while handling admissions for the University more effectively. With such practices, SGT University encourages a self-growth environment for its staff, who becomes the face of the University while dealing with students and their families. The complete program was a massive success with various questions and hands-on training.
