In a riveting match held at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on March 24th, Rajasthan Royals triumphed over Lucknow Super Giants. Batting first, Rajasthan Royals set a formidable target of 193 runs in 20 overs. Despite a valiant effort, Lucknow faltered in their chase, managing only 173 runs.

The highlight of the match was Sanju Samson‘s scintillating innings, scoring 82 runs off just 52 balls, including 3 fours and 6 sixes. Ryan Parag also shone brightly with his quickfire 43 runs off 29 balls. The partnership between KL Rahul and Nicholas Pooran, contributing 85 runs, added to the excitement of the game. Pooran’s steady presence until the end seemed promising, but stellar bowling performances from Sandeep Sharma and Avesh Khan secured Rajasthan’s victory.

In the crucial 18th over, Ravichandran Ashwin‘s dismissal of Marcus Stoinis turned the tide in Rajasthan’s favor, conceding only 4 runs. Sandeep Sharma’s disciplined bowling in the 19th over, giving away just 11 runs, further solidified Rajasthan’s grip on the match.
