SGT University Marks International Yoga Day with Wellness-Focused Session

The spirit of health, mindfulness, and well-being filled the campus of SGT University as it celebrated International Day of Yoga with an inspiring session. Organized by the Faculty of Indian Medical System in collaboration with the School of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, the event brought together students, faculty members, and staff to embrace the timeless practice of yoga.
