SGT University to to have online classes for non-medical faculties till further orders

In view of the surge in cases of Covid-19 cases, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) University, Gurugram, has suspended offline classes for all non-medical faculties from Tuesday till further orders.

In his orders issued on Monday, Dr Joginder Singh, Registrar of the University, said that amid the increase in Covid-19 cases< the Haryana Government has issued guidelines that offline classes will remain suspended till further order except for faculties of Medical and Health Sciences, Dental Sciences, Pharmacy and Naturopathy.

Other than this all non-medical faculties will take classes in an online mode according to their existing timetable.  The examinations will continue as per schedule.

All the students attending offline classes and examinations must adhere to the Covid-19 protocols, said the order.

The University order said that each faculty member medical nonmedical has to prepare three e- lectures per month.
