Students showcase their talent in Freshers’ Party – Classic Clique- Boys in Ties, Girls in Pearl

Freshers 2021 of Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Technology (CLC Department and Mass Communication Department), and Faculty of Fashion and Designing was organized on 9th December at SGT University ground. The theme of the event was “Classic Clique- Boys in Ties, Girls in Pearl” where students participated with passion and zeal.
The program started at 10:30 am where freshers from various departments had an intra- department competition to win different titles. The fight to win the title started with the ‘Talent round’ where students showcased their stunning performances in the category of Singing, Dancing, Poetry followed by the ‘Ramp Walk’ competition. For the second round, the students were shortlisted for the ‘Question/Answer round. After that the results were declared, students who won different titles were, from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences: Mr. fresher- Vishal Rathi, Ms. Fresher- Akanksha, Mr. Talent- Karambeer, Ms. Talent- Shubhangi, Mr. Well dresses- Shaurya Khatri, Ms. Well dresses- Prerna. From Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management: Mr. Fresher- Sushant Singh, Ms. Fresher- Fairly Biswas, Mr. Talent- Abhishek Tamang, Ms. Talent- Monika, Mr. Well dressed- -Anubhav Rathi, Ms.well dressed -Prerna Yadav
Faculty of Education: Ms. Fresher- Janvi Khandelwal, Ms. Talent- Anjali Rajput, Ms. Well-dressed- Yogita Solanki
Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Technology (CLC Department and Mass Communication Department): Mr. Fresher – Jayesh, Miss Fresher– Shreya, Mr. Talented – Mayank, Miss Talented– Appunisana, Miss well dressed– Harshita, Mr. well dressed- Anwar

There was also mesmerizing dance and humorous mimicry performance by the 2nd year students of different departments. The event ended with a prize distribution ceremony to the winners of the various titles.
The winners were felicitated by their respective deans.
