Faculty of Agricultural Sciences celebrated celebrates National Plant a Flower Day

The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences celebrated National Plant a Flower Day on Saturday under the aegis of Academic Association, Innovative Gardening Club. The faculty members and students planted flowering plants in Horticulture Nursery. Dr. R.S. Yadav, Assoc. Dean presided over the program which was organized by Dr. Meenakshi Kumari and Manjeet Panwar. National Flower Day celebrates the colorful blooms and elevating scent of nature’s most vibrant plants. Many people use this day as a reason to send a fun, colorful surprise bouquet to friends or family. Flowers continue to bring joy and meaning to our lives. Flowers represent God and Goddesses also. Flowers in full bloom are a universal expression of joy.
