SGT hotel management faculty holds industrial advisory board meet

Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management organised its 1st Industrial Advisory Board meeting 2021 on October 30. This was a very interactive session that was held between academicians and the industry experts to bridge the gap between industrial expectation and curriculum design. The IAB members gave their valuable feedback that now the faculty should focus on real-time research, and also the department should try to make a centre of excellence which will happen when faculty members are updated about the latest trends and changes in the hospitality industry. In order to do that, regular Industrial training sessions should be conducted for the faculty members.

The meeting ended with a positive note where the CEO, PVC, Academics, and Dean Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management assured the members that they would be working on their suggestions and would try to implement them.
