In an unexpected Instagram Live session, K-pop sensations Stray Kids spilled the beans that they’d be gracing the prestigious Met Gala in 2024. True to their word, the eight members strutted down the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, marking their debut at the iconic event.

They didn’t just attend – they arrived in style, dressed as guests of Tommy Hilfiger, sporting coordinated outfits designed by the fashion maestro himself.

The group’s attire featured a classic American cool vibe, with a patriotic color scheme of red, white, and blue, paying homage to Tommy Hilfiger’s signature style.

Bang Chan, the leader, rocked a sleek blue three-piece suit with red accents and a stylish gold flower pin, while Felix stood out in a white silk suit adorned with exquisite floral embroidery.

Hyunjin and Lee Know opted for striking red ensembles, with Hyunjin donning a double-breasted suit and Lee Know sporting a sharp double-breasted jacket with eye-catching details.

Rappers Han and Changbin coordinated in button-up shirts featuring Tommy Hilfiger’s iconic Ithaca stripe, topped with a classy gold flower button. As for I.N. and Seungmin, they completed the ensemble with satin suits paired with cotton tops.

For Seungmin, who’s always admired Hilfiger, attending the Met Gala as the brand’s ambassador was a surreal experience, reflecting on his journey from a fan to a model for the brand.

This year’s Met Gala theme, ‘The Garden of Time,’ inspired by J.G. Ballard’s story, perfectly complemented the newest Costume Institute exhibition, ‘Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,’ adding an extra layer of significance to Stray Kids’ memorable debut.”
