The faculty of dental sciences organizes a workshop on the Basic Cardio Pulmonary Life Support course.
Basic Cardio Pulmonary Life Support course certified by Indian Resuscitation Council Federation. On 10th March, 45 new participants including the faculty members, postgraduates, and interns of our SGT Dental College, Hospital and Research Institute, Gurugram. The team led by Dr. Baljeet Singh Sir, HOD Department of Anesthesiology ready with the same vigor and enthusiasm. A pre-test in the form of MCQs was given by all the participants and the workshop started with a lecture by the master himself. Then the actual technique and procedure were explained by the assistant professors in the form of short presentations and demonstrations. All the participants were attentive and it was appreciated by all. After lunch, practical demonstrations and the actual procedure were performed on mannequins in the simulation reference center SGT University Medical College building. All the doubts and queries were explained individually in a playful manner. Feedback in the form of a google sheet was shared with all the participants so that their suggestions are taken care of Post-test were done and handed over to the team for analysis. The day ended with preparations for the next day.
