SGT University Scholars Council Honors Meritorious Students in Felicitation Ceremony

SGT University seeks to build young, aspiring professionals with their minds and assist them in conceiving their futures.  The SGT University Scholars Council is a significant student-centric body, targeted to nurture innovative ideas and leadership qualities among students of SGT University.

Scholar’s Council, SGT University organized the Felicitation Ceremony for its Meritorious students on 16th March 2024, 1:30 pm onwards, at C Block Auditorium, SGT University, to acknowledge their hard work. Prof. Dr. S.C. Malik, Dean – of Physical Sciences, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak was the Chief Guest of the event, and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Director – of Regulatory Affairs, APIs Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Gurugram was the Guest of Honour for the event. Dr. Atul Kumar Nasa, Vice-Chancellor, and Deans from various Faculties graced the event.

During the Ceremony, the Best 6 Research Projects for the session 2023-24 were awarded. In Medical Sciences, Rocky Rana from the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences got First Prize, Arshnoor Kaur, and Navan Bhullar from the Faculty of Pharmacy got Second Prize, Anjali, Shubham, and Ashish from the Faculty of Physiotherapy got third prize for their research projects. Jasleen Singh, Chahak Varshney, Sneha Aggarwal, and Pawan Saini from the Faculty of Indian Medical System got the title of Most Aspiring Project. Similarly in Non-medical Sciences Shubhangi, Joginder, Prerna, Aakriti, and Nakul Kumar from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences got First Prize, Raveen from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology got Second Prize, and Ojasvi Sharma, Jay Yadav, and Anjali Semwal from Faculty of Applied and Basic Sciences got third prize for their research projects. Muskan Kashyap from the Faculty of Mass com and Media Technology got the title of Most Aspiring Project. All the students who conducted research projects were awarded the Certificate of Participation.
